E-Book Updates
E-books are all the rage. They are so streamlined, and cost-effective, that many public schools are using them instead of textbooks. Schools are able to provide each student with their own e-book for hundreds less than what it would cost in regular paper books.
The next level of e-books is that they work as a tablet computer. This would create a portable work stations for students that do not have computer. Anything used to consolidate reading material is a great value for students of any level.
Cost Savings Approach

The result is that school districts nationally are saving enough money to fund the operations of schools in certain parts of the country. The other benefit is that entire libraries worth of information can be stored on the small units. While libraries can never be fully replaced, it does mean a cost saving for school districts
